Sara Jane Sweet specializes in harmonizing vibrational energy through various practices of Yoga, Guided Meditations, Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls. Sara's expertise lies in helping guests achieve inner peace and balance for living a most optimal life!

A California Licensed Esthetician with Certifications in Hatha / Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Aerial Yoga & SUP ( Stand Up- Paddleboard) Yoga Classes, Sara creates personalized sequences infused with intentional themes, aromatherapy, sound healing all accompanied by mind- body renewal meditations. Enabling her to promote optimal alignment and well-being through movement and self-care.

Sara thrives in enviornments where she is meeting new people, exploring new destinations and embracing the outdoors. Most recently her move to Dana Point, California. Currently, she offers a range of Yoga & Wellness experiences Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, & Sheraton San Diego Resort.

Blissful settings, all aimed at fostering whole vibrational wellness under her expert guidance.
